Grass pitch (Non-Electric)

Terms and Conditions for touring caravans/camping

Pitches shall be available from 1pm on the day of your
arrival.

Pitches should be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure. Any variation
to this must be agreed with the warden/Manager in advance please.

1. Touring caravans and Tents shall occupy the pitch allocated to them. Requests for a
specific or change of pitch can be made but cannot always be guaranteed.

2. No tents are allowed outside the designated camping areas.

3. Not more than one vehicle to be parked at each caravan/tent pitch. Parking for one
additional vehicle may be available elsewhere onsite. Parking in any other place within
the park is prohibited.

4. All vehicles must comply with the Caravan Park speed limit (5mph)

5. Park Gates will be closed from 10.30pm to 7am daily, unless prior agreement, the gates are not locked just closed, to open lift the bar at the top.

6. No open fires, fireworks or Chinese lanterns are permitted onsite – Except firepits hired from 7 ducks and BBQ’s supported on bricks (Bricks available ask the warden or manager)

7. The maximum period during which any caravan/motorhome or tent may occupy a
pitch continuously shall be 3 weeks, unless prior agreement has been arranged with the warden or manager

8. Commercial vehicles will not be permitted onsite at any time unless with prior
agreement.

9. We hold the right to refuse entry to particularly large caravans or tents that we deem unsuitable.

10. Only breathable ground sheets are allowed to be used on grass.

11. All caravan/campers are expected to keep the pitches in a neat and tidy condition, as found on arrival. Before you vacate the pitch please ensure it is clear of all litter and other refuse. If the pitch has
to be cleared by 7 Ducks the cost will be recovered from the caravan/camper.

12. All property which is brought on to the caravan park is at owners own risk. 7 Ducks shall not be responsible for any damage to, loss or theft from any caravan, awning, vehicle or property, Furthermore, 7 Ducks is not responsible for any injury to any person/animal staying or visiting the park however caused.

13. Waste water from the sink in touring caravans must be collected in a suitable container
and be emptied at the facilities provided. All other waste water and all sewage must be
emptied at the identified facilities.

14. Refuse from caravan/tents must be deposited in the waste and recycling bins which are
situated onsite.

15. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to camp onsite unless accompanied by
a responsible adult (Over 18 years old) and under direct care and supervision.

16. Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardian at all times, and must be
Supervised, so that they are not a danger or nuisance to themselves or others. Children
under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult when using the toilet and shower
facilities.

17. Children must not ride bicycles/scooters so as to cause a danger or nuisance to others
and are not allowed to be used in areas around the reception and facility block.

18. Ball games and others involving balls or other projectiles must not be played near any
caravans/tents/facilities. The center of the field is intentionally clear for children to play.

19. Water balloons are not allowed onsite.

20. All dogs must be kept on leads at all times while outside your caravan/awning/tent. It is
the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pet, using the bins provided in the general waste area. No dogs are allowed in the facilities block (with the exception of assistance dogs).

21. Bookings cannot be accepted for hen/stag parties.

22. We operate a zero tolerance policy on abuse (physical or verbal), violent or threating
behaviour towards all our staff or other caravaners /campers

23. All caravan/tent owners and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and
respectful manner.

24. Please respect the privacy of other site users and keep noise to a minimum, particularly
between the hours of 10.30pm to 7.30am daily.

25. Alcoholic drinks may only be consumed in and around the immediate vicinity of your
caravan/tent or of which you are a guest. No drinking is allowed in the communal areas
of the Park.

26. 7 Ducks reserves the right to remove from or prevent access to the Caravan and Camping Park, any person(s) in serious or persistent contravention of these terms and conditions.
